Every engagement with ATLEE TECHNOLOGIES LLP is priced as three separate numbers, never blended, so you always know what you are paying for and why. All prices below are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of 18% GST.

1. Development (one-time)
A one-time fee for design and engineering, set by what the product is. Starting prices by type of product:
- Business website

Where your project lands depends on its modules and platforms. Development is billed against milestones in your Statement of Work (“SOW”), usually with an advance to begin.
2. Maintenance (recurring)
A recurring fee to keep the software secure, updated and monitored, with someone on call. Every maintained project has a minimum of ₹2,500 per month.
Websites and light apps choose a flat monthly Atlee Care plan:

Uptime and SSL monitoring, nightly backups, security patches, up to 2 hrs/month of changes, email support₹2,500/mo - Care Standard

Custom apps, platforms and SaaS are maintained under an annual maintenance contract: a percentage of the total build value per year (between 10% and 18%, lower as the build value grows), plus 10% of the managed infrastructure we operate for you. The same ₹2,500/month minimum applies to the total.
3. Running cost (monthly)
The bill for the infrastructure your product runs on: hosting, database, CDN, SMS, WhatsApp and AI usage. It is your cost, estimated up front and disclosed line by line.
- From ₹149/month for a static website on free hosting, where the only cost is the domain.
- Infrastructure we manage for you (servers, databases, CDN, messaging, AI) is billed at our cost plus a small management margin.
- Pass-through items you could buy directly (domains, app-store fees, one-time registrations) are billed at actual cost, with no margin.
4. Custom quotes
The figures on this page are starting prices. Your final price for all three numbers is scoped to your requirements and confirmed in a written quote before any work begins or any payment is taken.

5. Taxes (GST)
All prices are exclusive of taxes. For services supplied within India, 18% GST (SAC 998314) is added and a GST-compliant tax invoice is issued by ATLEE TECHNOLOGIES LLP (GSTIN 27ACNFA8590Q1ZB). Exports of services are invoiced under the applicable export rules.
6. Currencies
Indian clients are billed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR). International clients are billed in US Dollars ($ USD) or another agreed currency, at the rate stated on the invoice. Currency conversion and bank charges, where applicable, are borne by the payer unless agreed otherwise.
7. Payment terms
- Development is invoiced against milestones; an advance is typically payable to begin.
- Maintenance and running cost are billed in advance for each period (monthly or annually) and auto-renew until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges; we notify you of renewals where required.
- Payments for our services are accepted online through RBI-authorised payment gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU and PhonePe, and by bank transfer or UPI. See Terms of Service §3.
8. Changes, cancellation & delivery
Scope changes are handled through written change requests and may affect price. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and delivery by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Full contractual terms are in our Terms of Service.
